When you have found the goods you like, enter the number required in the input box, then click the 'add to basket' button.

A tally will be displayed within the shopping cart as soon as you have at least one product in your basket. When you are ready to pay for your goods, click the 'view basket' and follow instructions for secure payment. It is all very secure and straight forward. Paypal is a world leading online secure payment system, favoured also by ebay.

What if I don't have this currency?
PayPal lets you send and receive money in any of the currencies we offer (U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen) without having to open a currency balance.

When you send us a payment, PayPal will handle the conversion. You will see the current exchange rate and the equivalent amount in your Primary Currency on the Payment Detaills page.

Delivery
You can expect your order within 7-10 days (UK only). International orders take longer, about 10-14 days.

Postage and Packing
Like most mail order businesses postage is always a factor of the pricing. Our spice packs are based on a percentage of value ordered, whilst our steel kitchenware and aromatherapy products are based on a percentage of the weight of the goods. We hope you feel this is fair. Please note that postage is automatically calculated when you order, of course you can view all postage costs before you purchase any goods. Happy shopping!

Our idea of packaging is simple. We use no nonsense packaging, we have no fancy colour recipe cards or colour brochures. We want to give you the 'know how' not for you to contribute to marketing costs.

Our spice packs are clear pre sealed packs and our recipes are easy to follow. This allows us to keep costs down and pass these savings to you. We want you to make our food and enjoy the experience.

Our gift sets are wrapped in recyclable brown paper tied with string, this looks good and keeps our prices competitive.
